Goals and Purpose:  This ministry reaches out to our homebound parishioners by visiting them in their homes, sending them cards and letting them know that our parish community is thinking of them and praying for them.

Responsibilities: A team consisting of two people who visit the homebound in their homes. A pre-arranged time is set for a short visit.

Helpful Attributes: A good listener, one who can show compassion, cheerful, warm heart and a sense of humor

Time Commitment: Daytime availability is a must, each visit can last 30-40 minutes (up to the one being visited and the volunteers), Visit someone once every 4-6 weeks

Training Required: New volunteer goes out for a visit with an established/experienced volunteer
